"An Accredited BBB Member"

Becoming member of the Better Business Bureau (BBB) is an instrumental part of any reputable business in strengthening its relationship with the community. The process of becoming a member is not just by filling out an application and signing up.

The BBB requires that a member be in business for at least a year and has shown that it has a commitment to serving the public with the consideration of quality results.

Not all companies listed in the BBB database are members, in many cases companies will end up becoming listed because of numerous inquires good or bad. So keep in mind that when reviewing a company if they are on the list only the companies with the special logo are members.

Another aspect of the Better Business Bureau reviewing standards is to go on record with the public by agreeing to the higher standards of becoming an accredited member of the BBB.

If a business has been accredited by BBB, it means BBB has determined that the business meets BBB accreditation standards, which include a commitment to make a good faith effort to resolve any consumer complaints. BBB Accredited Businesses pay a fee for accreditation review/monitoring and for support of BBB services to the public.

In keeping with the standards set forth by the BBB we are constantly working to improving communications with our clients; we feel that communications is the key to a successful relationship and there is always room for improvement.

We welcome any suggestions to help us in our effort to improve communications click on submit.
